Causes of depression

Have you ever been wondering about the causes of depression?

It is important to know that there are a number of causes which may lead to be diagnosed as being depressed. Case Study: Several years ago I was informed by a client that he was being diagnosed with clinical depression and for the last 5 years he had been prescribed anti depressants.

This client came to me for his snoring problem and his clinical depression came up when he filled in the questionnaire.

When we received the comprehensive biochemistry results it worked out that the cause of his clinical depression was an imbalanced iron profile. We could establish that his cause for depression was the copper deficiency.

Cerruloplasmin is a specialized copper-rich protein that enters the ferritin molecule to free iron so it can be attached to transferrin. When the total iron binding capacity marker is elevated there is copper deficiency.

Once this was being rectified the so called cause for his clinical depression was removed and within 5 weeks he was no longer depressed.

Could this be one of your causes for being depressed?

Will you be surprised when you will discover the cause for your depression might not be the one you thought it would be?
